Implementation of a continuous plant for treatment of semiconductor material

As part of a cus­tomer project, a con­tin­u­ous sys­tem for treat­ment of semi­con­duc­tor mate­r­i­al under high puri­ty require­ments was devel­oped and imple­ment­ed. The han­dover to the cus­tomer took place in Novem­ber 2019.
